In 2022, Sheffield Visual Arts Group and Wessex Archaeology recruited volunteers to record sculptures and murals in public settings in Sheffield. I joined the group and I have contributed a number of entries. These images are added to a map - easy to access on phones or other devices - along with background information. The aim is to make it easier for people to find local art works in public places, to enjoy seeing them and to learn about the artists who made them. The map is a work in progress, with new items still being added. You can find the current version here:
